How long is the FASTer Way?

The FASTer Way New Client Experience is a six-week group coaching program that combines nutrition, fitness, and total wellness strategies. Following the first six weeks, you are invited to our VIP monthly membership where you learn to live out the FASTER WAY as a lifestyle -continuing to build the program around YOUR busy life.

When you join the FASTer Way you will :

  1. Learn how to implement the science-backed nutrition strategies that we’ll use throughout the program—Intermittent Fasting, Carb Cycling and Tracking Macros. 

  1. Access the app with the daily workouts and the Facebook group we’ll use for our daily communication. You’ll have community and support! 

  2. Access the FASTer Way sample food log. A simple, easy-to-follow meal plan to set our members up for long-term success. 

  3. Spend 6 weeks following the program and training your body how to burn fat using the FASTer Way strategies.

What is Intermittent Fasting?

Intermittent fasting is not a diet, but an eating schedule. Your body alternates between one of two states - fed or fasted. In the fed state, your body is digesting food, and insulin in your body makes it difficult to burn fat. In a fasted state, your insulin levels are lower allowing your body to reach into your fat stores. Traditional eating plans with 3 meals and snacks never allows your body to go into a fasted state. It’s possible that eating on this type of schedule can cause spikes in your insulin levels, which also hinders fat loss.

What is carb cycling?

Carb cycling is an intentional way to vary your carbohydrate intake throughout the week. The FASTer Way incorporates carb cycling and workouts to maximize fat burn and increase energy levels.

Will you tell me what to eat?

The FASTer Way program comes with weekly meal guides (regular and vegan). You can tailor these to your own preferences. These meal guides are completely optional. Many of my clients enjoy the recipes their families have always loved and still see success. As your coach, it’s my passion to teach you how to eat healthy while living your busy life. We spend a lot of time in our small group sharing tips and tactics on how to create simple delicious meals that work for you.

What is FASTer Way VIP?

If you’ve completed a New Client Round of the FASTer Way to Fat Loss you need to be in VIP Membership! As a FASTer Way VIP you have access to all things FASTer Way. Membership includes continued coaching guidance, exclusive trainings, and fun monthly challenges. You have access to head trainers and health expert consults. Plus, access to the full digital fitness studio and of course continued accountability and support! VIP is where you take your results to the next level!

I am vegan, do you have recipes for vegans and vegetarians?

Yes, we recommend that people eat whole foods that fit their lifestyle. We offer a vegan meal guide, snack guide, and plant-based protein guide.

I eat gluten-free, can  I use the meal guides?

The FASTer Way meal guides are gluten and dairy-free.  I also offer recommendations throughout the program of my favorite gluten free items.

Do I need a gym membership to see better results?

The FASTer Way workouts can be done at the gym or at home. You stream the workouts from the app, all right from your smartphone. Workouts include low impact and advanced options. You can customize based on your needs! We meet you where you are.

I have 40 to lose, can I do this program?

Yes, many clients have 40+ pounds to lose and see incredible results. Some clients only have 5 lbs to lose. We meet you where you are and work toward your own personalized goals.

Do I need to purchase shakes or supplements to participate in this program?

Nope, nada, no way. We teach whole food nutrition. And nothing supplements a little focus, consistency, and positivity in figuring out what works for you personally. Now I like to use protein powders or collagen powders and I’ll share which products I love and use. But these products are not necessary to see results.
